Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days across Pakistan

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–3 business days

  • Other Cities: 4–6 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, sales events, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders above PKR 3,000: Free shipping across Pakistan

  • Orders below PKR 3,000: PKR 200 shipping fee

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation message

  • Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp or SMS

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
